SMDC receives accolades for Condo Projects catering to Filipino's unique needs

Carousell recently concluded the Carousell Property Awards 2023 with SMDC winning the Best Developer Award for its condo projects.

SM Development Corporation (SMDC) emerged as a major winner in the recently concluded Carousell Property Awards 2023, securing the Best Developer Award for its condominium projects that meet the needs of Filipinos across various socio-economic backgrounds.

The award-giving body, organized annually by the country’s leading online marketplace, conferred the major award to SMDC, specifically citing its three residential condominium projects namely, Charm Residences, Hill Residences and Sail Residences all of which are future-ready, strategically built in accessible locations, and designed to meet the unique needs of its target residents.
